MVR technology

Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporator make use of the secondary steam generated in the evaporator, through compression, pressure, temperature increase, heat increase, and then sent to the evaporator heating chamber as heating steam, so that keep the liquid boiling state, while the heating steam itself condenses into water. By this way, the original steam to be discarded has been fully utilized, not only realize recovery of latent heat, and improve thermal efficiency.

Due to the 100% recycling of secondary steam latent heat, which greatly reduced energy consumption, lowered operating costs, mostly  canceled  circulating cooling water supply system. With compact figure, small footprint, especially suitable for small space construction . High degree of automation, fully automatic control.
