Silica fume for Refractory
As a new raw material, DUSTTM Silica Fume(Micro silica) has been widely adopting in refractory for 40 years. It plays an important role in the improvement of infinity refractory materials, details as followings:
1.improve the strength: traditional refractory materials have many poles, after silica fume filled, which improve the volume density and reduce the pore rate, can significantly improve the strength;
2.improve the pouring performance: silica fume own strong activity, can form colloidal particles in the water, can enhance mobility through mixing with suitable amount of dispersant, thereby improving pouring performance;
3.improve high temperature resistance, durability, extend service life of refractory products: silica fume easy to form - Si-OH base in water, with strong hydrophilic and activity, can enhance the cohesion of refractory materials, also improve high temperature resistance, and can extend the lifespan of refractory products.
